Jane Hotel Group was founded in 2021 as a mission-driven hotel investment company founded around the “triple bottom line” business strategy, where considerations on profit, people, and planet are considered in all decision making.

The founder, Leah Dauer Murphy, created JHG following a 14-year career in hotel consulting and valuation where she worked directly with a large array of hotel ownership groups, brands, and management companies. JHG's foundation is built off of her years of underwriting and analytic experience, as well as a wide knowledgebase of property types and hotel markets across the country. 

 

Based in the Milwaukee area, Jane Hotel Group is a growing platform, focusing on empowering communities through innovative hotel investments.
